Within our MES, we offer a laboratory module. It allows the capture, storage and statistical analysis of raw material and finished product control results.
The objective once again is the integration of the tool into production, without increasing the number of entries. Automatically, in connection with production campaigns, the tool finds the control specification, frequencies, limits and offers a range of possibilities at the supervision level to request sampling, or even direct entry of certain results control.

More in-depth checks requiring a passage through the laboratory are entered in the MES, with the monitoring of samples, non-conformities, anomaly sheets, etc.

Finally, secondly, the statistical data can be used directly in the software thanks to curves, Gaussian analysis, indicators by filtering by product, by specification, by formula, etc. The objective of the tool is to allow

  • A statistical analysis of results for the laboratory and R&D with the aim of improving quality
  • The rapid and efficient output of reports that can be used in the context of audits or specific research.

Finally, all the data is stored and comes from tables in an SQL database which can be used by third-party tools such as a BI tool such as Power BI, QlikView, or others…

Our supervision solution allows the recording of digital, analog, or calculation data in real time to draw curves and carry out online monitoring. The output of limit values ​​can then generate alerts or even alarms at the automation and/or supervision level, with automatic correction or not of the installation control.

We then speak of online monitoring and these are integrated into the automation machine level.

On the other hand, in the same way, without being associated with a sample, this data is accessible in the database and can be used retrospectively for analysis of a past situation.
